SUGGESTED USE

Cream of Rice can be used at anytime throughout the day and is also a great choice for pre and post workout meals. 

To make Cream of Rice:

- In a microwaveable bowl, mix 1 serving of the Cream of Rice supplement with 100ml of water or milk (either dairy or plant-based), and stir

- Cover and microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, leave for a moment, and stir to your desired consistency

Some people like to include a GDA (glucose disposal agent) supplement in their routine when consuming Cream of Rice to help their bodies utilise the carbs correctly. GDA helps with nutrient partitioning, breaking down carbohydrates so more are stored as muscle energy rather than extra body fat.
